How do you want to feel in 2016?

(Because that’s what matters most.)

I’m off to do my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico.  To get heart-centred. To deepen my yoga practice. To feel the edges of my body and spirit. To eat nourishing food, and revel in living in a tent, on a beach and off the grid, for an entire month.

I realize this may not be for everyone but for me, I can think of no better way to say goodbye to 2015 and welcome 2016; in peaceful contemplation in nature. After all, it’s been one hell of a year, and I’m getting married in a few months and moving to the United States permanently. A little “me time” is in order.


How do you want to feel in 2016?

And what do you want to welcome into your life in 2016?

More importantly – How do you want to feel in 2016?

In the Yoga world, the heart leads, and the head follows. What if you could get clear on how you want to feel in 2016, and then use your brain to create a roadmap that will get you there?

I call it using your brain as well as your heart to make your desires come to life.

The good news? You don’t need to spend a month doing yoga to figure this stuff out.

Maybe you just need to walk, and journal, and chat with a friend in order to come up with a plan.
